Thank you for the great greeting when I was walking to the counter.  Was going to buy a bag of hay or straw!  I was excited to get it in bag and not have to buy a bale.  Well, the great customer service I got the two gentleman at the counter asked how many grandkids I have to make the magically reindeer food for!   Told him and they offered me two bags of reindeer food.  Asked how much the said free after explaining what it is! These guys gave me something free instead of making a bit of money.
